Abstract1: The Local Authority Sustainable Construction Network (LASCN) aims to improve and advance sustainable construction policies and working practices in local authorities across the UK. It is funded by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions under a broader research project: Sustainable Construction – Developing an Industry Agenda. All levels of authority above parish councils are targeted: district, borough, metropolitan, unitary and county.
