Abstract Divided into three main sections. Part 1 is intended for contractors and enables them to assess the feasibility of a proposed loft conversion. Part 2 is intended primarily for designers and deals with the Building Regulations/Standards as they relate to loft conversions. Part 3 is intended for the contractor undertaking the loft conversion once the design and specification have been prepared and plans approved by the Council.
